About the Role

The Torrens to Darlington Project is a significant infrastructure development in South Australia, involving the construction of two separate tunnels and an open motorway. The project aims to provide opportunities for local people, Aboriginal workers, apprentices, trainees, and job seekers.

As a Senior HVNL Compliance Officer, you will oversee the safe and compliant movement of heavy and oversized vehicles across the project. This position ensures alignment with the Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility, and all associated regulatory and permit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of logistics operations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to achieve efficient and safe transportation of critical infrastructure materials;
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for the transportation of heavy and oversized vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility;
  • Experience in logistics and transportation management;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
