
Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, processing their vehicles for repair, and assisting with mobility needs.
About the Role:This role involves proactively reviewing, monitoring, and communicating with customers to ensure an exceptional experience. You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues, and identify customers' insurance needs and offer suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
