Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our team.

This dynamic role involves exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations, partnering with specialists, and delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
  • Supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs, ensuring they have access to the latest tools and services.
  • Being the face of our organization, providing assistance with transactions, handling queries, and promoting risk awareness.
  • Embracing lifelong learning and developing your skills through on-the-job training and external opportunities.
  • Creating connections and fostering a sense of community, while driving business growth and success.

This is a permanent part-time position with a roster of 51.5 hours per fortnight. The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:30am to 2:45pm, and Thursday and Friday from 9:45am to 2:45pm.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure secure and accurate transactions.
  • Confidence in communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
