
Ambassador for Exceptional Customer Experiences

We're looking for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our team.
This dynamic role involves exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations, partnering with specialists, and delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations. You'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs, ensuring they have access to the latest tools and services.
- Being the face of our organization, providing assistance with transactions, handling queries, and promoting risk awareness.
- Embracing lifelong learning and developing your skills through on-the-job training and external opportunities.
- Creating connections and fostering a sense of community, while driving business growth and success.
This is a permanent part-time position with a roster of 51.5 hours per fortnight. The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:30am to 2:45pm, and Thursday and Friday from 9:45am to 2:45pm.
Your BackgroundTo succeed in this role, you'll need to deliver exceptional customer service and possess:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment and the ability to achieve targets.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure and accurate transactions.
- Confidence in communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- A passion for understanding and promoting our unique value proposition.
- Drive for collaboration and a willingness to work together to achieve shared goals.
