Fleet Operations Manager

Fleet Operations Managers are responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of daily load and route plans, overseeing Independent Contractors, and maintaining service delivery standards.
- Developing and implementing daily load and route plans
- Coordinating with Independent Contractors to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining accurate records in FMS and PC Dispatch
- Addressing operational issues promptly and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with revenue plans
- Managing paperwork and data entry processes

- Strong attention to detail and results-driven approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up on tasks
- Effective problem-solving skills with decisive decision making
