Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide comprehensive support for our livestock handling solutions products.
The Role- You will be the key link between our organization and customers, addressing enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Engage with customers in a retail setting, assisting them with product information and sales service.
- Collaborate with our on-site manufacturing team, manage quotes and orders, and conduct on-site measures at customer properties.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, enter quotes, process transactions, and ensure smooth order coordination and delivery.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous.
