Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) across our organization. The IMS will drive efficiency, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in process mapping, systems integration, and Lean methodologies, with a proven track record of driving change across teams.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and map end-to-end value streams, identify areas for improvement, and design practical solutions.

You will also be responsible for integrating safety, sustainability, and quality procedures with operational and functional processes, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

A collaborative and adaptable approach, combined with strong communication skills and a passion for driving business excellence, is essential for success in this position.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in process mapping, systems integration, and continuous improvement
  • Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping and SIPOC
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
