About the Role

We are seeking experienced Rail Signalling Electrical Installers to join our team in Sydney. As a Rail Signalling Electrical Installer, you will be responsible for implementing signalling works across various projects, including the Digital Systems project, Sydney Trains MSA projects, TAP Station Upgrade project, and More Trains More Services MTMS Stage 3 project.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all signalling works are completed to the highest standards, and you will be required to travel to various sites across Sydney and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement signalling works across various projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning of signalling equipment.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that all signalling works are completed to the highest standards.
  • Travel to various sites across Sydney and surrounding areas to complete signalling works.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all signalling works are integrated with other project activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Compile signalling packages for specific project works and assist with testing of signalling infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Construction industry white card
  • Rail Industry Worker Card (RIW), with the licenced Sydney Trains Signal Electrical Installer (SEI)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Certificate of Competency on both Sydney Trains and ARTC networks as a signal electrical Installer
  • Full ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Rail CAT Specific medical & drug and alcohol screening
  • Available to cover weekends, based on project requirements.
