Process Operator

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our operations team at Golden Grove in Western Australia. As a key member, you will work closely with the Mill Production Supervisor to support the production of zinc, lead, and copper concentrates while ensuring compliance with operating strategies.

  • Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Operating plant and equipment efficiently to meet production targets and operational goals.

  2. Maintaining accurate records, including shift logs, reports, and daily variances.

  3. Adhering to site standards and procedures while actively participating in safety initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with crushing, grinding, flotation, and dewatering circuits.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook).

  • A current C-class driver's license (manual).
