About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities across our brewing, packaging, and utilities departments.

In this role, you will lead from the floor, supporting your team, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring we stay on track with our maintenance program. You will work closely with trades and contractors, providing on-the-floor supervision and troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with broader site goals.

Your Impact
You will make a significant contribution to our site's operational efficiency, ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and running safely and smoothly. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance our maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities and small projects, including parts coordination, SOPs, and permits (e.g., confined space, hot work)
  • Facilitate daily team meetings, review progress, and adjust plans as required
  • Manage work requests, maintenance tags, and asset care reporting
  • Work closely with trades and contractors, providing on-the-floor supervision and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate contractor support for overhauls and one-off projects
  • Lead team engagement by promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
