Job Role:

Customer Service Ambassador

The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the digital support needs of customers are met in a timely, effective and efficient manner.

This role involves providing top-notch support through various communication channels, including live chat and phone support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Verification: Perform document verification and identity verification on behalf of customers using Offline Verification services.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Triage and Escalation: Triage, catalogue and follow the support escalation process through to third party providers and other internal teams where necessary.
  • Content Improvement: Suggest continuous improvement of virtual assistant content based on experience from customer interactions.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to building and maintenance of knowledge base and training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support-related role supporting multiple communication channels, including live chat and phone support.
  • CRM Tools: Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Office 365 Programs: Previous experience utilising Office 365 programs such as Word, Excel etc.
