Sales Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Expert to join our team at our Broadmeadows store. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on our extensive range of denim products.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and making recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Assist with stock management, processing, and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Minimise stock loss by adhering to company loss prevention policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring
  • Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers to build rapport and drive sales.
  • A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • An ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and store goals.
  • A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with loss prevention, health and safety, visual merchandising, and team environments is highly valued but not essential.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. As a valued member of our team, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
