ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate - Fashion Expert. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who has a passion for seasonal fashion trends, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to style customers from head to toe.

You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maximize sales, and support management with stock organization and visual merchandising.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a genuine and unique experience for every customer that aligns with the Dotti brand
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
  • Assisting with stock management and processing
  • Assisting with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Minimizing stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

  • Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential
