Senior Design ManagerWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our design team on mission-critical projects.This role will be based in Perth and involve managing project design and scope from tender to practical completion, ensuring designs are completed on time, in compliance with customer requirements.The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree qualification to Bachelor status in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Civil/Structural.Prior experience managing large utilities projects, particularly High Voltage substations and/or transmission lines, will be highly regarded.The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.They will also be able to set and meet deadlines, prioritize demands, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.Talent & Diversity:
