Project Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to contribute to our operations at Easy Payroll Global. This role involves supporting various project-related activities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the production of access control services and ID Card outputs.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure effective access control services.
  • Manage the distribution of ID Card outputs and compile production reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and maintain an activity register.
  • Utilize time management techniques and analyze access control data.
  • Provide guidance on Excel-based tools for security information collection.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
  • Familiarity with Forcefield and ID card production processes.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
