Job Overview
The Database Administrator is a crucial role responsible for maintaining and updating multiple databases, including service stream and client databases. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for subcontractors, coordinating handover documents and ensuring all technical demands are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update various databases (IFS).
- Act as central point of contact for subcontractors and coordinate handover documents from subcontractors.
- Ensure all databases are updated in line with respective client KPIs.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity in all databases.
- Central point of contact for all database-related issues.
- Liaise with stakeholders directly to define and deliver contract requirements.
- Support teams with day-to-day queries pertaining to client databases.
- Communicate professionally with employees, customers, and contractors.
- Actively support other teams to achieve business goals.
- Reviews artefacts and as-built documents to ensure accuracy before updating client system.
