Scent Technicians Role:

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of scent diffusion systems at client locations.

Your goal is to ensure our systems operate smoothly and provide customers with the best possible scenting experience.

  • Install and maintain scenting systems at client sites
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed
  • Conduct routine servicing and refills
  • Provide excellent customer service and client support
  • Keep detailed records of work completed

About You:

  • Hands-on and mechanically minded
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Police clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • White Card (preferred but not essential)
