About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize materials provided by subject matter experts to design and develop original, engaging, and visually appealing online modules for learners.
  • Employ digital authoring tools to create online modules and Microsoft Office applications to format documents.
  • Modify the design and delivery of online learning materials as required.
  • Evaluate online resources provided to learners and suggest suitable solutions to enhance learners' access to information.
  • Stay updated on current trends and approaches in e-learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in education or related field.
  • Experience in using Microsoft office suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Visual design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively to resolve problems.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Knowledge of Moodle (desirable).
  • Proficiency in designing and developing professional education programs (desirable).
