Job Title: Data Center Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Center Security Specialist.

This role will be based in a control room environment and require the ability to work a shift rotation schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience with security software systems, video surveillance equipment, and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with vendors involved in system repairs and new security construction.
  • Coordinate the activities of a professional contract guard force.
  • Oversee individual security vendor deliverables and track service delivery.
  • Foster working relationships with data center stakeholders to reduce false alarms.
  • Analyze data to identify improvements and verify security programs meet global standards.
  • Develop strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access controls.
  • Draft reports and presentations on physical security operations.
  • Collaborate with managers to write and implement security processes and procedures.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills, incident response & management experience, and experience compiling reports.
