Imaging Account Manager

This role is accountable for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Imaging Account Manager will work independently, adhering to standard sales practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets at target prices in assigned accounts/territory
  • Develop a business strategy and maximize business opportunities for radiology products & services within radiology accounts
  • Act as the primary customer point of contact in allocated radiology accounts
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product teams, service, and marketing
  • Leverage cross-functional and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts
  • Grow share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures
  • Develop & maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality interactions with customer management
  • Build long-term strategic alliances with account portfolios to continue adding value, and promote Service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer satisfaction
  • In cooperation with product and marketing teams, drive radiology marketing events in assigned territory
  • Be aware of segmentation and apply relevant product benefits to each client's segment
  • Leverage Product Specialists, Service Account Managers, and other resources to provide necessary technical, clinical, and business content to create competitive differentiation
  • Coordinate teams on assigned accounts to deliver solutions meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and operating mechanisms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years selling experience in medical, healthcare, or technical field
  • Previous experience in Healthcare Industry, ideally in Account Management position
  • Ability to interface with internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
  • Capacity to develop career and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent communication skills in local language and English
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages
  • Demonstrate organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation & closing skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally where required
  • Valid motor vehicle license
