About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Expert to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our customer base by identifying new opportunities and qualifying marketing-generated leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound call campaigns around key events and markets.
  • Research and approach new potential customers in the APAC region using our toolsets.
  • Achieve quarterly/monthly targets, contributing to bonus structure.
  • Participate in internal development programs, including sales and product training sessions.
  • Effectively manage Market Qualified Leads (MQL) using our CRM and sales enablement platform.
  • Deliver learning and development tasks such as presentations, performance analysis, and personal development plans.

Requirements:

  • Possess a keen interest in technology's impact on business.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show flexibility and focus, with ability to work independently and follow directives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred but not essential.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of social networking tools in business.
  • Confidence in voicing opinions on improvements.
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes for better results.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly.
