About the Role

Eldercare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team in Minlaton. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a genuine impact.

You'll be part of a small, close-knit team delivering high-quality care to older Australians in a rural setting. If you're looking for a role with variety, autonomy, and the chance to build strong relationships with residents and staff, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Provide person-centred nursing care that supports residents' wellbeing
• Guide and mentor Care Assistants in daily care delivery
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
• Work within the scope of your role, maintaining accountability for delegated care
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in line with policy and legislation
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and functional status
• Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation processes
• Ensure timely and accurate communication across the care team

What You'll Need

• Working rights in Australia
• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse
• A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff
