The successful candidate will have an established client base and a track record of origination and execution of Advisory transactions in Australia, capitalising on significant growth opportunities in the ECM space.


About the Role


This exciting opportunity involves the origination and execution of primary equity deals, including IPOs, placements and capital raisings. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Corporate Clients in Australia and Asia, while contributing actively to the strategic direction of the business.


Key Responsibilities



  • Originate and execute ECM and Advisory Transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with Corporate Clients in Australia and Asia
  • Contribute actively to the strategic direction of the business

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in Corporate Finance/ECM within an Investment Bank or Corporate Advisory firm
  • A proven track record of ECM and M&A Origination, with in-depth knowledge of transactions, execution processes and valuation methodologies
  • Detailed knowledge of Corporate Finance, including cross-border transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Package


We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately $250,000-$300,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
