Key Performance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to support our dealerships in getting the most out of the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving dealership operations by discovering underused features and introducing new ones that simplify everyday tasks.

This role involves creating easy-to-use training tools to help teams learn and utilize the DMS effectively, running hands-on training sessions with regional teams, and managing DMS support tickets.

Requirements
