Finance Professional Sought for Diverse Role

This is a hands-on finance professional role where you'll gain exposure across finance, operations, marketing, legal, and sales, working closely with the Financial Controller and a tight-knit team.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for monthly cashflow reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
  • You will also perform bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, balance sheets, and end-to-end Accounts Payable and group payroll processing.
  • Inventory management, cost control, tracking Cost of Goods Sold and variances are also key responsibilities.
  • You will ensure accuracy across POS and inventory systems.
  • You will support operations with finance insights and analysis.
About You:
  • You have experience in hospitality, restaurants, wineries, or other inventory-based environments.
  • An accounting degree (CPA or CA beneficial - membership paid) is required.
  • Group entity experience is beneficial.
  • You have knowledge of POS systems and Xero (beneficial).
  • You possess an analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
  • You are curious and eager to understand the operational side of business.
