Marketing Officer Position Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Officer to promote our region as a tourism destination, drive ticket sales and brand engagement for The Q – Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre, and develop and deliver content across paid, owned and earned marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase visitation and grow expenditure in the region.
- Drive ticket sales and brand engagement for The Q through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing agency to design, optimize, and evaluate Meta and Google campaigns.
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to reach the right audience at the right time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience applying marketing skills to grow audience and conversion.
- Ability to craft a compelling marketing message with a clear value proposition, target audience, and call-to-action.
