About the Role

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in Wallsend, NSW. As a passionate advocate for empowering individuals with disabilities, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to develop and maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any concerns or changes to management.
  • Transport clients safely using wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting the unique needs of our customers.
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekend and public holiday shifts.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
