Role Overview

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is committed to providing exceptional support services for individuals with disabilities. As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Wallsend, NSW. This role involves working in a group home setting, assisting clients with daily activities such as mealtimes, personal care, and medication administration. You will also support clients in building their independence and engaging with their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised support to clients, promoting their autonomy and dignity
  • Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation and personal care
  • Administer medication and perform manual handling tasks as required
  • Support clients in developing skills to increase their independence
  • Transport clients using CPA's minivan, if applicable
Requirements
  • Live locally to the Wallsend area
  • Prior experience in disability support is highly regarded
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) is required
