About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our City store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer experience, and maintaining the highest level of operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize product performance, including visual merchandising, staff training, and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, financials, and loss prevention, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager and Designer/Owner to improve customer experience, product, and services.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer profile for the store, identifying opportunities for upselling, promotions, and increased sales.
- Manage VIP customer engagement, nurturing existing relationships and generating new ones.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including head office and other stores.
- Provide feedback on product and seasonal store buys, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and values.
- Proven experience in store management, with a strong track record of driving sales and improving customer experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on operational efficiency and financial management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Passion for the Kuwaii brand and its values, with a commitment to sustainability and local manufacturing.
