Job Overview

We are expanding our Speech Therapy department and welcome experienced professionals to collaborate in a dynamic team.

No two days are the same, as we strive to provide a caseload that aligns with your skills and interests.

Our team supports individuals of all ages and abilities, offering therapeutic services in various settings, including childcare centers, schools, homes, and outreach locations.

  • Early Years (0-5): Early intervention, parent coaching, speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school-readiness
  • School-aged children (5-18): Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation
  • Adults: Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
  • Neuro-affirming supports: Our large neurodivergent population of all age groups

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team, enjoy coffee breaks, monthly meetings, and contribute to our fast-growing organization with over 3,500 employees around Australia.

  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
