Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality speech therapy services to clients in a range of settings, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and offices.
  • To conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • To establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To contribute to the development of best practice models, research, and professional development initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • A car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain before commencement.
