Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window Wall Installation Project Coordinator to manage and deliver high-profile commercial & high-rise projects across Sydney. This is a pivotal role in overseeing project operations, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering mid to large-scale high rise/commercial projects in Sydney and possess a sound understanding of WHS requirements and ability to enforce safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations for window wall façade installations across multiple project sites.
  • Coordinate project activities and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works in line with project schedules.
  • Interpret shop drawings and ensure correct installation methodology is followed.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Manager, and client representatives to resolve project issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress against program and escalate any delays or risks.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety briefings.
  • Oversee materials delivery, storage, and handling on-site.
  • Manage project documentation including daily reports, QA checklists, and defect logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in façade installation project management, ideally with a focus on window wall or curtain wall systems.
  • Proven track record delivering mid to large-scale high rise/commercial projects in Sydney.
  • Strong knowledge of façade systems, fixings, glazing techniques, and relevant Australian building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of WHS requirements and ability to enforce safety on-site.
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or similar preferred.
  • Current White Card; EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid advantageous.
