Project Leadership Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled project leader to oversee technology projects in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead and deliver technology projects in insurance, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure projects adhere to timelines and quality standards.
  • Obstacle Removal: Address and resolve issues hindering team progress and project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality software delivery, meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and metrics.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track project metrics and KPIs, provide status updates, and use data for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of technology delivery processes, including SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
