Key Responsibilities
  • General building operations and maintenance tasks
  • Relocation of furniture, equipment, and staff
  • Management of contractors on campus
  • Effective maintenance of relevant documents, databases, and records
  • Liaising with Campus Operations on the management of campus security, grounds, and cleaning contractors

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with customers to identify needs and agree on the scope of works to be undertaken
  • Establishing realistic timeframes for completion of jobs and providing feedback to stakeholders
  • Ensuring all work is completed within required standards
  • Supervising contracts as needed to ensure works are completed to required standard
  • Completing all administration, recording, and reporting associated with work undertaken
