**What the role will involve**:

- Positive Customer interaction
- Completing scheduled work to time and quality standards.
- Working with other parties including contractors and other utilities in the delivery of operations and maintenance requirements.
- Carrying out operations and maintenance tasks using specialist tools, plant and equipment supplied for such activity.
- Actively participating in continuous improvements in safety
- Participation in an active stand by roster 1 in 4 weeks.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Preferred water quality sampling experience
- Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence
- Background associated industries including plumbing and water systems an advantage
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work afterhours and participate on a standby roster
- Willingness to complete Certificate III Water Industry Operations and all provided training.

- Flexible working arrangements with standby and on call allowances
- Generous co-contribution superannuation scheme, which offers up to 15.5%. This includes an 11.5% standard employer contribution, plus an additional 2% employer co-contribution that matches your own 2% contribution.
- Leave loading of 17.5% on annual leave of 4 weeks
- Extra 2 days of Wellbeing Leave per year
- Opportunity to complete a Certificate III in National Water Package
- Standby and overtime opportunities once training is complete
