Intensive Care Liaison Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Liaison Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires advanced clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This position involves providing clinical support to patients across hospital wards, including those recently discharged from ICU. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with ward teams to deliver specialized interventions and education.

Responsibilities
  • As a Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualification in critical care, you will bring advanced decision-making abilities and demonstrate clinical competence in expanded practice.
  • You will support patients recently discharged from ICU and assist ward teams with specialized interventions and education.
  • You will contribute to Medical Emergency/Respond Blue team as a vital member, leading by example and acting as a role model for staff, promoting a culture of clinical excellence.
