Job Title: Advanced Retail Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

  • Achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within a concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinating team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Stockroom Procedures
