Customer Service and Scheduling Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and scheduling support for secure, long-term projects across Victoria.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and field workers.
- Contacting customers to arrange suitable appointment times
- Providing assistance with inbound calls and queries
- Liaising with field workers to ensure weekly planners remain accurate and updated
- Administrative duties linked to reporting, billing, and invoicing
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, loves working in a team, has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic experience with MS Office products.
