Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Fresh Produce Manager.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive exceptional results in the fresh produce department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of stock management, quality control, and waste reduction while maintaining a welcoming and engaging experience for customers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in fast-paced environments and direct leadership experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

The role also requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
