Lead Educator Job Opportunity

As a lead educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a nurturing environment. You will work alongside the Centre Director and Educational Leader to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for children.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and support educators, promoting professional growth and high standards of care.
  • Implement Programs: Develop and evaluate specialized programs that support each child's unique needs and interests.
  • Create a Safe Space: Maintain a safe, hygienic, and engaging environment for children and team members.
  • Build Connections: Cultivate warm relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Document Learning: Keep accurate records of each child's progress and development.

What We Are Looking For:

- An Early Childhood Qualification recognized at a Children's Services Employee Level 4 or higher.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.

- Substantial professional experience and strong administrative skills, with a knack for time management.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and positively with children and adults.
