Technical Leadership Expert

The role of an Engineering Manager is to own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of a team-owned product and platforms. This involves technology ownership as well as hiring, retention, and growth and development of an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and works well within the overall system architecture.
">As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring engineers, deep diving into technical problems, and providing leadership on complex technology issues. You will lead a team of software engineers (20-40 engineers across 2-4 scrum teams).
">You will have experience managing multiple software engineering teams, a strong technical background preferably in Java, and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering complex engineering initiatives.
">Additionally, you should have product company experience with an understanding of how to build great products in an agile environment, solid understanding of how to build scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications, and computer science education or equivalent experience.
">Key Requirements- Experience managing multiple software engineering teams
