Strategic Financial Planner

A key role in our financial planning and analysis function, responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for people-related costs.
About the Role- Prepare monthly cost analysis and reporting using payroll, HRIS, and finance systems to support business decisions
- Collaborate with various teams including HR, Shared Services, factories, and global teams to achieve financial objectives
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred)
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with a strong understanding of financial processes
- Experience with SAP, Workday, Power BI, and similar systems to analyze data and provide insights
