Senior Academic Leader Opportunity

This is a leadership position where you will shape and strengthen teaching and learning across higher education and VET programs. As a key member of the academic team, you will drive innovation, academic quality, and compliance while supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading teaching and learning initiatives, embedding best practice pedagogy, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and assessment.
  • Overseeing governance, compliance, and academic integrity processes.
  • Driving innovation in pedagogy, assessment, and technology-enhanced teaching practice.
  • Enhancing the scholarly activity and research capacity of academic staff.
  • Managing escalated student matters and contributing to academic performance improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

As an accomplished academic with demonstrated leadership experience in higher education, ideally at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, you will be a strong communicator, collaborator, and mentor with a PhD and experience in curriculum design, governance, and academic quality.
