Job Title: Asset Renewals Project Coordinator

Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Renewals Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and delivering assets and infrastructure projects across our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the delivery of minor and moderate renewal projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including civil, electrical, and mechanical specialists, to ensure best practices in asset management and service delivery.
  • Manage procurement processes, including contract preparation, tendering, and contract award.
  • Ensure asset investment capitalization is undertaken as projects are completed.
  • Deliver effective training to bring assets into service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Asset Management/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in design, construction, and asset management.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in an operations environment, including cost estimation and budgeting.
