The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our broker with asset finance and residential loan processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic setting and enjoy the flexibility of working in a modern, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with email correspondence and follow up on simple client tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience (highly regarded).
  • Energetic and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in office software and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
