Job Description

This position involves leading the design and implementation of scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will be responsible for developing proposals, conducting client workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that are tailored to meet the needs of enterprise clients
  • Leveraging expertise in solution architecture and design to drive RFP responses and pre-sales solutioning
  • Conducting client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and present solution options
  • Collaborating with sales, delivery, pricing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Developing high-quality proposal content that communicates technical and business value
  • Engaging with clients to understand strategic needs and tailor ServiceNow solutions accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess extensive experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You should also have proven success in leading ServiceNow solutioning for complex RFPs, a strong consulting background with enterprise client engagement, and experience in cross-functional collaboration for scalable and cost-effective solutions.
