Microsoft 365 Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Architect to lead and deliver complex M365 projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture frameworks, guidelines, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Solutions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive M365 solutions based on best practices and guidelines from the Microsoft 365 Solution and Architecture Centre.
  • Enterprise Architecture Design
  • Design enterprise architecture that aligns with networking, identity, security, and multinational principles.
  • Migration and Automation
  • Lead and execute M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of M365 implementations.
  • Knowledge and Documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M365 technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Provide thorough documentation for operation handover and knowledge sharing, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex M365 projects.
  • M365 Expertise
  • Expertise in M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations and respective tools and process.
  • Tech Skills and Knowledge
  • Experience with foundational solution guides, architecture illustrations, design principles, and templates.
  • Strong technical skills across all M365 workloads, including Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Infrastructure Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, networks, EUC, and applications.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
