Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

Job Description

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have broad technical knowledge, including experience in integrating Salesforce, and excellent communication skills to translate business capability into technical requirements.

You will also be responsible for leading the architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or Large-scale integration projects, with Salesforce experience preferred.

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent is required. Industry experience in health or insurance sectors, or other related industries, is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Solutions Architect and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our core technology platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Broad technical knowledge with demonstrable experience leading the design of complex enterprise-class platforms
  • Extended experience in integrating Salesforce
  • Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance project and program goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers
Benefits

Others
  • Act as the business' conduit into the ICT function for design and requirements resolution
  • Previous experience as an Enterprise Architect, Programme Lead Architect, and working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments is desirable
