Service Desk Team Leader

Job Summary:

This role requires a seasoned leader to oversee and manage a new call center/help desk team, focusing on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ITIL certification, and experience in managing technical support teams.

  • Lead a high-performing team of technical support professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage and optimize technical resources, including workstations, servers, and networks.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements for Success:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian citizen.
