Subdivision Inspector Position

The City of Rockingham is seeking a highly skilled Subdivision Inspector to join our team. This role will involve conducting inspections of subdivision civil engineering works to ensure compliance with relevant state and local regulations.

As a successful Subdivision Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all associated works are constructed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. You will work closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate and liaise effectively.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (or demonstrated equivalent competency). You should also possess comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and techniques specific to the delivery of subdivision infrastructure, including earthworks, roads, and drainage.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate experience in supervising subdivision civil works to ensure compliance with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and statutory requirements. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $99,138 - $106,623 per annum, as well as various health and wellbeing programs, training opportunities, and rostered days off.
