Subdivision Civil Works Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Subdivision Civil Works Inspector to conduct inspections of subdivision civil engineering works and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

  • Inspect subdivision civil engineering works to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate and liaise on subdivision civil works.
  • Supervise subdivision civil works to ensure compliance with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (or demonstrated equivalent competency).
  • Relevant asphalt and road construction training courses completed.
  • Experience and knowledge in a road inspection, maintenance, or construction environment.
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
